- Language: Russian, Kyrgyz
- Theme: Life and spirit of Kyrgyz people
- Genre: Large and medium forms of epos
- Formats: *rtf, *doc, *docx, *pdf.
- The works must be include motivation letters explaining why the author decided to participate in the competition of the National Kyrgyz literature and considers his work to be suitable.
- The winner will be the best work that reflects the way of life of the Kyrgyz people in their language and literary images according to the opinion of three commissions.

Chairman of the Commission - Mikhail Mikhailovich Golubkov, Doctor of Philology, Professor, Head of the Department of Modern Russian Literature and Modern Literary Process at Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosov.
The second commission is headed by the Chairman of the National Union of Writers of Kyrgyzstan, Kalybekov Nurlanbek Oskonalievich.

This is the third - people's commission supported by the blogging community and headed by the organizer of the competition, Professor, Doctor of Philology Marklen Erikovich Konurbaev.
